Description

remove & replace the existing induction light fixtures in the exhibit halls located in Huntington Place. The manufacturer and/or supplier must provide the engineering to properly design an emergency lighting plan and the associated engineering to identify the correct quantity of new light fixtures to be installed, while utilizing the existing 277v electrical circuiting as much as possible. The new light fixtures are to include a lighting controls package capable of controlling the new light fixtures individually or by groups and be capable of implementing scenes via input from the existing Building Manage System in the facility. Other than programming of the new lighting controls package, all work on-site will be performed by the DRCFA, including the removal of the existing fixtures, the installation of the new fixtures, the installation of new low voltage cabling and the minimal re-configuration of the existing 277v cabling if necessary. As part of the post-bid evaluation process, the DRCFA will reasonably reimburse manufacturers and/or suppliers to provide an on-site mock-up of the proposed light fixtures and controls.
