Tramp House Building Improvements

The work involves roof replacement and structural repairs at the Tramp House, located at 198 Spring Street, Rockland, MA, as shown on the attached plan and specifications. Note that the roof shingles should be 30-year architectural asphalt, and all lumber should be dimensional. It is the Town’s desire to have all work completed by 12/31/2021.
