| Description | Oglesby Elementary School - Paint Mitigation and Priming Provide Labor and Materials: Contractor/Vendor shall provide all necessary Labor and Materials to perform paint mitigation and priming in HVAC, AHU and Boiler Room Areas. The proposal shall be submitted with the attached Bid Cover Sheet completed in its entirety. Warranty information, when applicable, shall also be included & submitted. All work to be performed during normal working hours. If bid price is over $25,000 or more, bidder must be signatory to relevant union, per terms of the Various Trades Contract and Project Labor Agreement. If bid price is over $75,000, you MUST include your MBE/WBE subs and relevant forms at time of bid. If bid price is over $25,000, you MUST submit a bid bond at time of bid. If bid price is over $50,000, you MUST submit a payment and performance bond if awarded a project. If bid price is over $75,000, you MUST include your MBE/WBE subs and relevant forms at time of bid. |
