| Description | Provide asbestos abatement services at the Gordon Road property located at 10826 Gordon Road, Spotsylvania, VA 22553, per the ECS report dated June 30, 2020 and provided herein as Attachment B. The firm shall perform all services and provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, materials, fuel, insurance, personnel, legal disposal and supervision to complete the services as described here in and as requested by the County. The requirement for these services to be provided by the awarded firm, will include, but not be limited to the following: 1. Asbestos abatement of all non-roofing asbestos materials 2. Asbestos abatement of roofing materials 3. Remove and dispose of identified asbestos containing materials 4. All material shall be placed in a lined container, if applicable. Contractor is responsible for all dumpsters and hauling of all contaminated materials. County dumpsters shall not be used. 5. All asbestos waste shall be properly disposed in a certified asbestos landfill. Disposal of waste shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. 6. All personnel shall follow required guidelines for use of proper PPEV. |
