Public Works Maintenance Shed

This project consists of construction of one maintenance shed named “Public Works Maintenance Shed No. 5. The shed will be constructed on the Owner’s property located at 1102 S. Garfield Avenue, DeLand, FL. The Owner will perform necessary site work to include rough grading. Owner will supply suitable fill to achieve required floor slab elevations. Owner will assist in compaction; however, it shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to obtain final earth density prior to construction of building foundations. Contractor shall furnish and install concrete foundations and floor slabs to include placement of anchor bolts supplied by pre-engineered building manufacturer. Contractor shall provide the pre-engineered building and erect in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and drawing supplied by the building manufacturer, signed and sealed by their engineer.
