Description

MTS has 3 garages (within the scope of this BID) with multiple overhead doors of various sizes that require service, repairs, and occasionally replacement throughout the year. MTS is looking for a contractor to provide all of the work required to keep the rubberized garage doors in good working order, including replacement, if necessary, as determined by the Buildings and Grounds Manager.
