| Description | The Village of Ruidoso is requesting sealed proposals for Lincoln County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan Update. The award shall be made to the responsible offeror or offerors whose proposal is most advantageous to the Village, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in the RFP. By submitting a proposal for the requested services each firm is certifying that their proposal complies with regulations and requirements stated within the Request for Proposal. This RFP may be cancelled and any and all proposals may be rejected in whole or in part when it is in the best interest of the Village of Ruidoso. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. |
