Description

Remove and install approximately 385 square Yards (SY) of broadloom carpet throughout the North Bridge Visitor Center. In the office area replace approximately 115 (SY) in the 2nd and 3rd floor hallways (including the stairs) of carpet that is finished on all edges. In the Visitor Center area replace approximately 270 (SY) on the first floor, double stairway and upper landing of carpet that is finished on all edges. Due to the historic nature of the building, use only enough fasteners to complete the job. The carpet will be laid over a 32-ounce carpet pad, and all edging details must match the existing carpet.
