Powdersville High School and Field House - 145 Hood Rd, Greenville, SC 29611 Base Bid: Selective roof replacement at Concrete Primary of the low slope roof areas (Roof Area A and C) down to the existing roof deck for approximately 117 squares (11,538 square feet). Roof replacement includes roof deck replacement/repairs and installation of a new roof insulation, including taper insulation, and new two ply modified bitumen roof assembly. All new sheet metal items associated with the installation of the new roof assembly are required. Alternate No. 1 selective roof replacement at Concrete Primary of the low slope roof area (Roof Area B) down to the existing roof deck for approximately 110 squares (10,998 square feet). Roof replacement includes roof deck replacement/repairs and installation of a new roof insulation, including taper insulation, and new two ply modified bitumen roof assembly. All new sheet metal items associated with the installation of the new roof assembly are required. Alternate No. 2 Various low slope and steep slope roof repairs as noted in locations noted on the drawings at Cedar Grove Elementary School, Hunt Meadows Elementary School, and Powdersville High School.
