Water Distribution System Improvements Phase II

The Ohio Department of Transportation, Construction and Material Specifications and Standard Drawings, latest edition, along with the requirements of the Village of Mechanicsburg, Construction and Material Specifications and Standard Drawings, latest edition, is hereby incorporated into this project, in its entirety and shall supplement these project specifications. Where there is a discrepancy between the specifications, the most stringent specifications shall govern. Federal Prevailing Wage Rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements are applicable to this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and the right to accept the lowest and best bid, the right to waiver minor irregularities on any bid, and the right to accept the bid proposal which promotes the best interest of the Owner.
