Estimated Cost = $500,000 to $600,000 The City reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualification and re advertise, to waive any irregularities in the proposals, and to accept the proposal that best benefits the City. The City reserves the right to negotiate an agreement based on fair and reasonable compensation for the scope of work and services proposed as well as the right to reject any and all responses deemed unqualified, unsatisfactory or inappropriate. All statements of qualifications become the property of the City. The City is not responsible for costs associated with preparing qualifications statements and proposals in response to this RFQ *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
