Install Three New AC/Heating Units

Scope Includes the Following: Provide prevailing wage labor for project duration. Provide and install (1) LG multi zone heat pump system. System to be comprised of: (1) 30,000btu DFS LMU30CHV condensing unit to be installed in lower crawl space on 24” stand. Units to be mounted on interior walls. (1) 9,000btu DFS LSN090HSV5 high wall mounted evaporator to serve new office. (1) 9,000btu DFS LSN090HSV5 high wall mounted evaporator to serve expanded nurses office. (1) 12,000btu DFS LSN120HSV5 high wall mounted evaporator to serve nurses office. Provide and install insulated copper refrigerant piping from evaporators to condensing unit. Linesets to be run exposed on interior wall and covered in exposed areas with line hide. Provide and install drain piping to nearest drain. Provide and install power/comm wire from evaporators to condensing unit. Provide and install (3) wired controllers. Provide line voltage power wiring from nearest panel approx. 60’) in hallway. Check, test and startup.
