Description

The scope of this service contract is to monitor fire alarm systems in 135 facilities located at Fort Detrick. The contractor shall provide the COR with a monthly report of monitoring activities by facility number. The contractor shall notify up to six (6) government points of contact in the Fort Detrick Department of Emergency Services (DES) via text and, email, of alarms in monitored facilities. Contact information for DES personnel will be provided by the COR, and DES, upon contract award. The contractor shall perform annual testing of signals from each facility monitored to ensure reception of Alarm, Trouble, & Supervisory Signals. Annual Testing shall be recorded and copies of test records shall be submitted to the COR within two weeks of completion. Contractor to provide test schedule of all facilities to the COR within two weeks post award.
