Peoria Public Schools - Harrison Community Learning Center Sidewalk Improvements

**As of September 29 2022, the project has been awarded but awarded company not confirmed.** Sidewalk Improvements - PPS Harrison Community Learning Center project, for the purchase and installation of new exterior sidewalks, including labor, tools, equipment, materials, and services for construction and completion of this project as set forth in the Contract Documents Every bid shall be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a bid bond or certified check made payable to the Owner, in the amount of 5% of the bid sum. Commencement of the work on the project shall be subject to the discretion of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept any or reject all bids when in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interest of the Owner. The Owner anticipates award of the contract within thirty (30) days of the receipt of bid. No bid shall be withdrawn for thirty (30) days after opening of bids without consent of the Owner. Bids on all work of the contract shall be subject to the provisions of the "Illinois Prevailing Wage Act" (Illinois Revised Statutes 48, Section 395S-1-12).
