DFCM Construction-Red Fleet State Park-New Campground-Multi-Step Single Project Project Description: The rehabilitation of Red Fleet State Park will include demolition and removal of existing park features and the construction of new features. New features include campground loops with water and electrical hook-ups, bathrooms, showers, day use parking, beach access, a complete water and sewer system overhaul, storm drainage utilities, landscaping, and other amenities. DFCM is entering into a Multi-Step Bidding Process for Construction Services. A short-listing of Contractors will be based on the evaluation of proposals submitted and the selection criteria outlined in the solicitation documents contained herein. Short-listed Contractors will be invited to submit bids on the project. The only Contractors allowed to bid on this project will be Contractors short-listed by the selection committee. All Contractors responding to this procurement must comply with and require all of their Subcontractors to comply with the license laws as required by the State of Utah.
