Description

The Tonkawa Tribe of Oklahoma is issuing a Request for Qualification (RFQ) for complete Construction Manager At Risk services to be utilized for the construction of the Tonkawa Tribal Cultural Center project. The center will accommodate tribal members and public. The center will approximately be 9,600 sq. ft. and will include but not limited to classrooms with retractable walls (flexibility of 4 classrooms), a lobby, men and women restrooms, small kitchen, deep closet approximately 5ft, 50x50 storage building, landscaping, MEP, HVAC, insulation, parking area, covered portico. The Tonkawa Tribe is open to economical design solutions that incorporate energy-efficient features. CMAR interested should have experience with similar tribal projects and be familiar with all pertinent codes, regulations and standards. CMAR wishing to be considered for the project must submit RFQ to the Owner for evaluation. Submissions will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria: 1.) Experience and Qualifications. 2.) Experience of firms Project-Specific Staff. 3.) CMAR experience in the last 5 years on project of similar size and scope of the one being considered. 4.) Experience with tribal projects. 5.) Native American owned firms will be awarded preference in evaluation criterion. The Tonkawa Tribal Committee will approve the final selection of the CMAR..
