Description

The proposed project is an interior renovation of the facility which consists of two buildings with a connector at 178 and 180 Sams Street. The renovation will consist of all interior building systems including, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, telecom, security, audio-visual, architectural systems and finishes. The facility will house DeKalb County Departments that are transitioning out of lease agreements and moving into county-owned property. This will provide a central location for interdependent government services.
