| Description | The State of Wisconsin, Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS) on behalf of the Department of Administration (DOA), Division of Facilities and Transportation Services (DFTS), requests Bids for the purchase of inspections, testing, and maintenance/repair services as needed for fire sprinkler systems, fire pumps, and private fire hydrants. DFTS intends to use the results of this process to award to one contractor for each region listed by this Request for Bids (RFB). Regions covered by this RFB are as follows: Madison, Milwaukee/Waukesha, Green Bay, and Wisconsin Rapids. Inspection and testing services are required for the fire sprinkler systems, fire pumps, standpipes and private fire hydrants in fifteen (15) Madison-based State facilities plus one (1) facility each in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Green Bay, and Wisconsin Rapids, for a total of nineteen (19) facilities in Wisconsin. Repairs are periodically required and are included in contractor responsibilities. |
