Description

Carter & Sloope, Inc. is working with the City of Bainbridge to complete an extension of water main to support construction activities related to a new industrial development. To expedite the Project, the City intends to purchase the materials directly and deliver the purchased materials to a construction contractor. The construction contractor will be awarded via a separate bid. Enclosed are bid documents pertaining to materials suppliers. A Bid Form is included to quote pricing and to provide an estimated lead time for delivery of materials. Time of material delivery and cost will both be considered in the decision to award the bid or not. Specification sections of materials are included.
