| Description | Work consists of the mass grading of approximately 50 acres including erosion control measures, seeding/grassing and restoration in the southern development area of Trivium Corporate Center. An alternate bid will also be requested for the construction of approximately 1220 linear feet of 32’ wide curb and gutter roadway with concrete sidewalks, 62 linear feet x 60’ clear span metal arch culvert with related foundations and retaining walls, 1220 linear feet of 12-inch diameter water lines with hydrants, valves and appurtenances, 240 lf of 8-inch diameter gravity sewers including landscaping and seeding/grassing and restoration |
