North Queen Street Underpass Improvements Project

The work primarily consists of repairing the concrete abutments and wing walls of the CSX Railroad Bridge over North Queen Street. The project also includes replacing railings, guardrail and fences, on and along the walls and sidewalks. The project also includes storm sewer construction on East Liberty Street and related pavement, curb and sidewalk replacement.
