The period of this contract shall be for one calendar year starting on August 1, 2023 to July 31, 2024. The Owner shall have the right to renew this agreement for four (4) additional one-year terms under the same terms and conditions of the original contract. The contract will automatically renew for each renewal term unless written notice is given by the Owner not to renew, sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date of the agreement or terminated or modified.
