Roadway Paving Services

**As of March 6, 2023, project has been canceled. No definite date for the rebid.   Roadway Paving Services All Bids are to be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid. A sample bid bond format is provided as part of this Request for Bids. All blanks on each and every form submitted in connection with the Request for Bids must be filled in, and no change shall be made to the items described in the form. All Bids must be signed in ink by the Bidder, with signature in full. Bid must be good for ninety (90) days Prospective bidders who have questions regarding this Request for Proposals should email their questions to Bids@westminstermd.gov. The closing time for submission of questions is 4:30 p.m. 3 on October 19, 2022 Performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of Contract amount and payment bond in the amount of 100% of Contract amount are required. Sample formats are provided in the Contract Documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any portion thereof. This project includes the milling and resurfacing of roadway pavements at various locations in the City of Westminster. This work may also include adjusting bridge approaches, milling, and overlaying sections of existing roadways, which are experiencing surface distortion or distress, and crack sealing.
