| Description | The scope of services to be provided by the selected firm shall include, but is not limited to, the following tasks: 1. Professional to prepare all phases of the steel canopy structure with a fire suppression system design, and appurtenant construction documents for the self-serve fuel island. 2. Prepare preliminary plans including but not limited to: elevations, wiring, lighting, piping layouts, renderings, and general features. 3. Professional to prepare final construction working drawings-and technical specifications. 4. Recommend and suggest materials/structural specifications for construction. 5. Prepare documents to submit for the City's review and approval. 6. Obtain all approvals and permits required for the project consistent with the design and construction from regulatory agencies or any other agency having an interest or jurisdic-tion of this project. 7. Develop and submit a project schedule which supports the established contract duration submitted as part of the proposal. 8. Construction of the steel canopy structure with the fire suppression system including all aspects of construction, including footings. 9. Manufacture and install the canopy system with the fire suppression system equipment to design specifications 10. Provide construction management services. 11. Conduct commissioning and performance testing. 12. Secure final permit approvals from the appropriate regulatory agencies. 13. Restore landscaping to original condition. 14. Prepare the closeout paperwork, permitting and address any warranty issues during the warranty period. | ||||||
