| Description | Proposal A - Refuge Paving This work includes milling 14,100 square yards of existing asphalt, removal and replacement of 16 each ADA ramps and paving 2,300 tons of bituminous overlay. The streets include: Yellow Pine St NW, 211th Ave. NW, Wintergreen St NW, 208th Ln NW. Proposal B - Fern Hills Overlay This work includes paving 1400 tons of bituminous overlay. The streets include: Grouse St NW, 227th Ave NW, Nightingale St NW, Linnet St NW, 226th Ave NW, and Ibis St NW. Proposal C - Curtis Addition This work includes paving 295 tons of bituminous overlay on Norway St. NW No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids |
