NAVFAC RFP NO: N40085-23-R-2610 eProjects WO#: 1743760 Location ofthe work: JEBLCFS, Little Creek Site, Virginia Beach, VA The Contractor shall provide supervision, labor, material and equipment required to perform all work for the following project: Replace existing 30-ton air-cooled chiller with 25-ton air-cooled chiller. All work shall be done in a manner to provide a complete, usable and finished end product. Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPIs) submitted in writing via Attachment F, PPI Form to Gina Moriarty at gina.c.moriarty.civ@navy.mil no later than Monday, 27 February 2023 at 1400 in order to process all inquiries by the proposal date. MAGNITUDE: Estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Provide fuses sized in accordance with the chiller manufacturer's maximum overcurrent specifications. Provide new slotted metal channel mounting and straps for disconnect. Provide complete electrical circuit for the new chiller barrel heaters and control voltage as required. Provide new steel chilled water piping, observe and maintain proper chilled water flow from the building to the chiller. Provide new heat trace with controls, Install new electrically operated three-way change over valves in the overhead of the mechanical room to include one valve and actuator on the supply, return, and bypass piping. Tie new actuators into existing DDC system. Reconfigure piping as required to install valves. Reinstall chiller DDC. Install new pressure reducing valve and expansion tank for the chilled water system, located in overhead of mechanical room. Install new circulating pump, CP-2, in the overhead of the mechanical room. Match existing pump GPM, horsepower, and voltage.
