Description

Tear-off and disposal of existing roofing systems; membrane underlayments, insulation, flashings and accessories (including fasteners) to expose the existing roof decks. Installation of new single-ply roofing systems including EPDM membrane, coverboard, insulation, accessories and all required flashings. Alterations Work: Scope of work will include all required demolition and construction necessary for removal of existing roof system and installation of new membrane roof and accompanying roofing installation as shown on drawings and specified in the project manual. Limited work to extend or otherwise modify existing rooftop mechanical items is included.
