The project generally includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the removal and disposal of existing cast iron manhole frames/covers and block, brick and/or concrete manhole "chimney" sections and replacement-in-kind with composite frames, covers and riser rings throughout the Authority's regional collection system.
