Seventh Avenue Streetscape

General contractors to Prequalify for bidding on the Seventh Avenue Streetscape project. This is a streetscape project along Seventh Avenue in downtown Hendersonville. The project generally consists of the demolition of existing concrete sidewalk, curb, asphalt pavement and base and the installation of approximately 1,200 ft of new concrete sidewalk and associated pavers, curb, gutter, stormwater piping and control structures, approximately 550 linear feet of 8-inch DIP and appurtenances, approximately 150 linear feet of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer and appurtenances, sewer rehabilitation, asphalt pavement, curb ramps, street trees, landscaping, lighting, electrical conduit and panels, and all appurtenances, along Seventh Avenue from Grove St to Maple St and a portion of Locust St.
