Construction Valencia County Transit Facility

Delivery of proposals is the sole responsibility of the Offeror. Responses to questions will be included in addenda found in the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS tab and Offerors will be notified via email when this information is available. PLEASE SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS THROUGH THE BHI TRACKER: Submit all required proposal documents by navigating to the project page, clicking the SUBMIT BID tab, and then uploading all required proposal documents in the format prescribed by the Contract Documents. Proposal documents will not be accepted by any other means. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, if obtained from sources other than BHI TRACKER. Description of Work/Scope of Services: The Rio Metro Regional Transit District (RMRTD) is requesting proposals to construct the Valencia County Transit Facility in the Village of Los Lunas, which comprises an approximately 8,500 SF, single-story administration building; site improvements including grading and drainage, utilities, paving, concrete, signage and striping, lighting, fencing and gates, security cameras and access controls, and landscaping and irrigation; and the construction of a right-turn lane on NM 47. The RMRTD intends to award this project to the highest ranked Offeror whose proposal is deemed to be in the best interest of the RMRTD, in accordance with the Request for Proposals. Questions must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. local time on September 15, 2022.
