New Pre-engineered Metal Building

Contract No. 1 General Construction: The project includes, but is not limited to, the supply and erection of a new pre-engineered metal building on a concrete foundation and interior slab-on-grade; construction of the building envelope including insulation, roof system, interior finishes, windows, man doors, and overhead doors and all other miscellaneous items. This project also includes site development work, including, but not limited to, clearing and grubbing; unclassified excavation; installation, maintenance and removal of erosion and sediment control measures; storm sewer installation; site paving and associated site restoration, complete in place. Contract No. 2 Sanitary Sewer and Water Main Line Extension Construction: This project includes, but is not limited to, construction and installation of sanitary and water main line extensions from the existing infrastructure to the new facility and as indicated the construction drawings and all other miscellaneous items.
