Construction Services to Repair Dorm Building 3206 Wings C1 & C2

B3206 is a student dormitory and a part of a larger campus installation, including the smaller 3210 student dormitory, B3201 admin facility, B3208 laundry facility, and B3220 dining hall. These buildings were built in 1995 and are located between Kearney Blvd and Apache Trail. The scope of work includes the repair of dorm B3206 to the extent described in the attached project documents and in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall be responsible for, but is not limited to performing all necessary demolition, construction, and alterations required to successfully complete the above subject project. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all major systems including, but not limited to, architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm systems are complete and functional in accordance with the attached project documents and manufacturer recommendations.
