| Description | In general, the project includes all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to repair water infiltration into the concrete wall. 1. Provide and install PT wood blocking at high wall to match height of cap. 2. Provide and mechanically attach ½” Sarnatherm high density cover board over an area of 36’ on high wall and 12’ on lower wall. 3. Provide and install Sarnafil or equivalent 60 mil PVC membrane and flashing. 4. Install Sarnastop term bar going up the wall per manufacture’s specifications. 5. Install new Sarnaclad metal over existing counter flashing at base of wall. Terminate membrane by heat welding to new enclosure metal. 6. At top of wall install drip edge for a watertight seal. 7. At the top of the lower wall, end membrane with termination bar, sealant and bib metal under existing drip edge. |
