Such notification must be received by the Procurement Agent not later than four (4) days prior to the date set for acceptance of the Bid. Permits and Fees - It is the Contractors responsibility to secure and pay for the building permit and other permits and fees, licenses, and inspections necessary for proper execution of the Work which are customarily secured after execution of the Contract.
