Pool and Bathhouse Renovations Phase II

The work generally consists of Installation of 7 Owner supplied water features, a recirculation filtration and pumping system, a chemical feed system, a UV disinfection system and a 4,000 gallon storage tank. Furnishing and installing a strainer manhole, backwash manhole, and associated piping, fittings, and materials, concrete splash deck, fencing, and miscellaneous site improvements. Renovation of the existing bathhouse and completion of the current bathhouse addition structure. The work generally consists of: Furnish and install pre-finished metal siding and associated sheathing and hardware over the existing bathhouse exterior in lieu of painting the existing CMU blocks.
