Description Remove and replace an outdoor heat pump system at Fernow St. Cafe, Clemson University, SC 29634. 1. A new "TRANE" 15 Ton split heat pump unit. "Condenser unit, air handler, electric heater module and line set" 2. Reclaim refrigerant demo and dispose of existing 15 Ton split unit. 3. Line set is currently underground. The pipe chase inside mechanical room and outside at condenser will need to be removed to floor level and ground level then capped. 4. Core drill two holes in exterior wall. One for new line set and one to be capped for future line set. 5. Furnish and install any needed duct fittings associated with tie in. 6. Reconnect existing electrical and thermostat wiring. 7. Start-up and service inspection of new HVAC system for proper operation. 8. All old equipment, components and debris will be disposed of off-site by successful offeror.
