Description

Wetlands Mitigation for Alameda Point - project consists of constructing a new Wetland area, and enhancing adjacent existing degraded marshland on the Alameda Point Campus site. - Onsite Wetlands Mitigation was a result of unavoidable fill to the existing wetlands in the Alameda Point area. The new wetland area will consist of both a tidal basin and tidal marsh enhancement area. Construction of the tidal basin includes, but is not limited to, excavating to basin floor, grading of channels, and constructing a riprap and aggregate connection through the seawall.
