| Description | Demolition and removal of the existing baseball field, backstops, and fencing to create a new recreational park.The park will include the installation of one (1) asphalt futsal court and one (1) synthetic turf volleyball court. The improvements will also include the installation of concrete access paths, fencing, netting, and drainage. It should be noted that there is an existing concrete box culvert that runs through the park from centerfield through home plate and will have to be protected at all times during construction. All disturbed areas shall receive topsoil, seed, and fertilizer to restore the areas in-kind. | ||||||||
