Clean, Patch, Prime, and Paint the exterior of the Piedmont Environmental Center building Pressure wash entire exterior Caulk any cracks; Scrape, sand, and spot prime all peeling paint as needed March Paint all fascia boards, boxing, overhangs, siding, porch ceilings, doors, doorframes, windows, post, handrails, and corner trim Match existing colors Note: Highlighted areas of the provided floor plan information is NOT indicative of areas to be painted. Floor plan sheet does provide facility measurements, however. Painting project should be inclusive of all exterior areas listed above. Project does NOT include any interior painting. |
