2021 Lift Station Rehabilitation

The Village of Elk Grove Village will receive sealed bids for the rehabilitation of three (3) sanitary sewer lift stations. Work includes but is not limited to removal of existing and installation of replacement materials including but not limited to submersible waste water pumps, hatches, Village purchased replacement control enclosure, wet well interior lining, electrical equipment, electrical wiring, discharge piping, valves, precast concrete valve vault structures, bypass pumping during construction and other appurtenant work The Touhy Sanitary Lift Station is located adjacent 2201 Touhy Avenue, approximately 500’ east of Nicholas Blvd., on the south side of Touhy Avenue. The Route 83 Sanitary Lift Station is located adjacent 2200 Busse Road, approximately 250’ north of Devon Avenue on the west side of Busse Road. Access to the pumping facility shall be via the private drive apron off Busse Road. The Shenandoah Sanitary Lift Station is located on the northwest corner of Shenandoah Park; the station is on the corner of Meacham Road and Haar Lane. Access to the pumping facility shall be via the private drive off Haar Lane.

Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
