F D Stubbs School – Architectural Renovations

Renovation and reconstruction of two public restrooms, including reconfiguration of fixtures. Renovation of two existing staff restrooms, including new fixtures, finishes, and accessories within the existing spaces and piping configurations. Conversion of two existing staff restrooms into a light-duty laundry facility and a lactation room, including minor utility reconfiguration and new finishes. 2) Removal and replacement of existing entry doors and glazing with a new aluminum entrance system. Door hardware includes a power operator and access control systems. 3) Retrofit modifications to two existing concrete stairs to improve safety and accessibility. 4) Various additional areas of interior and exterior painting. The project work is located at the existing Christina School District, F D Stubbs School located at 1100 North Pine Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801
