Description

Streetlights Improvement Project (Jacaranda Lane, Laurel Lane, Holly Road, Crooked Palm area)(“Project”). The Town is seeking an experienced contractor with the right combination of price, qualifications, and experience to help ensure that the Town will have a contractor who can bring this Project in on time, within budget and according to the plans and specifications, with a minimum of issues and change orders. The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, means of transportation, supplies, equipment, and services necessary to replace existing fixtures with new LED post top fixtures, which will have the same look/feel as existing. Installation of new poles and fixtures will be added in select locations including repair of any existing pavement, landscaping, and property damaged during installation. New poles will be fed power from either existing transformer, lighting pull/junction boxes, or existing light pole nearby as indicated in the plans and specifications. The Contractor shall coordinate with the appropriate utility company prior to beginning such work.
