Mebane Community Park Fiddler Stage

The work will include the following items: Site improvements including but not limited to minor concrete demo, concrete paving, delegated design and engineering of the shade structure, installation of a shade structure, delegated design of the acoustic blankets and brackets, installation of acoustic blankets and brackets, installation of trees, and sod repair as required. Contractor will be required to secure building permit through the City of Mebane Permits and Inspections Department. Consideration will be given only to bids of Contractors who submit evidence that they are licensed under "An Act to Regulate the Practice of General Contracting", ratified by the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina on March 10, 1925, and as subsequently amended, when such Act is applicable. Each Proposal shall be accompanied with a deposit of cash or CERTIFIED CHECK on some bank or trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the Proposal, said check to be made payable to the City of Mebane. In lieu of the above cash or CERTIFIED CHECK, the bidder may execute a Bid Bond for the same amount. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. By order of the City Council, City of Mebane, North Carolina.
