| Description | Solid Waste Disposal Facility Services The outside of the envelope must also bear the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127. regarding affirmative action; 42 U.S.C. 12101, et. seq Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Bids must include a properly executed Non-Collusion Affidavit The bidder is also further notified that he must comply with P.L. 1977, Chapter 33, and submit a Disclosure Statement listing stockholders with his bid and must also submit a business registration certificate as required by P.L. 2004, c.57. The contractor is notified that he must comply with P.L. 2012, Chapter 25. All bids must be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. Voorhees Township accepts no responsibility for bids forwarded by mail or courier. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part.
