Description

The recycling of waste tires collected at the Seminole County Landfill, located at 1930 E. Osceola Avenue, Geneva, Florida 32732. The successful Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary to recycle between 500-600 tons per year of Department of Transportation (DOT) type waste tires. The County does not remove rims from waste tires, nor segregate the rimmed waste tires from the waste tires that are received without rims. However, the County does remove non-DOT (off-road, oversized, or heavy equipment) tires for separate management
