Lock Nine Park - Phase 1

As of 7/21/2022 Project will re-bid in the near future. The Project includes the following Work: The construction of various park improvements to the Lock 9 Park in the City of Piqua. Site work to include storm sewer, water, electrical, site grading, pavement/sidewalk work and landscaping. THIS PROJECT IS FEDERALLY ASSISTED. CONTRACTS TO BE AWARDED UNDER THIS INVITATION FOR BIDS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FEDERAL LAWS AND RELATED ACTS THAT ARE REFERENCED IN THIS BID PACKAGE. Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
