IT Office Additions

The work to be performed is described in general, non-inclusive terms and includes furnishing all labor, material and equipment necessary to construct the following: 1. Disassemble existing ceiling in area indicated. 2. Salvage existing doors to adjacent offices. 3. Install new walls to enclose 4 new offices. Infill door locations for adjacent offices. 4. Install 3 new doors matching existing. 5. Rehang existing doors to new door openings for adjacent offices. 6. Install 3 new variable air volume terminal units to serve new offices. 7. Tap into existing duct system and install associated ductwork. 8. Install new ceiling grid in offices. Reuse existing ceiling tiles to extent possible. 9. Reuse existing light fixtures to extent possible. 10. Install electrical power to locations indicated. 11. Install communication terminals to locations indicated. 12. Install sound dampening insulation above ceiling in areas indicated.
