Fire Training Academy Restroom Renovation

The project consists of demolition and renovation of approximately 462 square feet of interior bathroom space at the City of Richmond Fire Training Academy Restroom Renovation at 5600 Beulah Road, location as detailed in the project plans and specifications. Construction will be done per the plans and all work can be done during normal working hours unless approved by owners rep. Construction services to include, but are not limited to all prime, subcontractor, and supplier services necessary to provide complete turnkey management and delivery of the project. Typical construction areas of construction work will include, but are not limited to, demolition, metal/wood stud partitions, doors/frames/hardware, interior architectural finishes, casework, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work.
