Construction and Grounds Maintenance Services - Miscellaneous

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a requirements contract for miscellaneous construction and grounds maintenance services provided on an "as needed" basis to Chesterfield County and Chesterfield County Public Schools (herein referred to as "the County"). It is the County's intent to award contracts to a Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Contractor. Work will be directed to the Primary Contractor and work that cannot be completed by the Primary Contractor will be done by the Secondary Contractor and Tertiary Contractor in that order. Inquiries must be received no later than December 29, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. in order to be considered. Contact initiated by a bidder concerning this solicitation with any other County representative, not expressly authorized elsewhere in this document, is prohibited. Any such unauthorized contact may result in disqualification of the bidder from this transaction.
