For: Hawaii community correctional center Mechanical and electrical systems repairs and improvements phase 2 The work generally consists of replacement of gas water heater tank with gas tankless instant water heater at Komohana building mechanical room, and improvements of air condition systems at Waianuenue building. The estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1 million. All interested parties are invited to attend a voluntary pre-bid meeting and the State conducted site visit.
